All Executive one to one coaching programmes are based on a thorough understanding of the needs of the client to deliver tailored solutions and gives you the opportunity to invest in Personal and Executive coaching. David specialises in helping individuals reach their goals through a proven and effective methodology.

Individuals will immerse themselves into a programme for five days and be committed to work alongside their coach for up to one year. This coaching method will help individuals achieve desired outcomes both personally and professionally and is certainly not for the faint hearted. It will involve building a strong relationship with the coach, encompassing face to face coaching and other methods of communication. Delegates must be prepared to work hard on themselves throughout the course of the programme , which will bear the fruits of their labour.

Delegates will adopt strategies that will allow them to capitalise on their strengths and create performance outcomes way beyond their expectations.
